Foster Cats

Mama Iris had her babies and is now looking for her forever home! She doesn't love other kitties but this sweet girl has a lot to give. She's a little thing and is still getting comfy around the shop but loves attention and has such a sweet little personality. Come meet her today!

Baby is a bit of a queen bee! She doesn't care for other kitties at all (we don't know about dogs) and had to be in her own room at the shelter. But she's been very curious around the shop! She was a stray in Houston and was on the euthanasia list before RMFR saved her. C'mon in and meet this queen!​

Leela is a chatty Cathy who will follow you around and keep you company during your day! She isn't shy about asking for pets and attention and will dolphin up to make it easier for you to accommodate her demands! She also happens to have the most luxurious coat you've ever felt. You gotta come meet this sweet gal!

Oakley was relinquished to the shelter due to family allergies! How sad is that? She is a sweet 7-year-old bowling ball of a cat who loves to lounge and sleep. She has some sass to her and will tell you here and there about her day! Not being a great jumper, she does like lap time but you sometimes have to help her get there! Do you need a lazy little snuggle bug in your life?

Frenchie came to us on 1/6/26 and has captured our hearts! This funny bunny-hopping gal loves pets, snuggles, playtime, talking with you... everything! She is the total package in a tiny little kitty body. She will not tolerate other cats but you won't need any other feline friends with this little gal keeping you company!

Willow has a sad tale! She was adopted as a kitten from the shelter and then those owners kept her in the basement for awhile before dumping her on the mean streets of Denver! She thankfully made her way back to the the shelter and is looking to find someone loving and understanding. She isn't a fan of other kitties but we don't know how she does with dogs. Can you give this gal a better chance?

Willow didn't care for shop life and went back to RMFR to live with a quieter foster on 1/6/26.

Sylvia is a sweet FIV+ fluffy bundle of love. She came to us not feeling very well but after a couple of weeks of TLC became a complete joy.

Mama Oreo arrived on 11/2/25 and has been a little bit shy. But this sweet girl has had a rough go! She was a stray, then was in a shelter in Texas that shut down, and now she is here (after having her babies all get adopted!) looking for her home! She does fine with other kitties and is just looking for her her forever place. C'mon in and meet her!

Sadly she never warmed up to the shop and was taken back to the shelter on 11/10/25.

 

Salem arrived on 10/22/25 and immediately made himself at home! This funny little guy wants to tell you all about it with his silly meow, get lots of pets, wrestle and eat treats. In fact, we believe he could be trained to do tricks because he's treat motivated! He doesn't care for other cats and would do best as the only pet but that's no biggie because he's plenty of cat all by himself! Come in and meet this handsome little guy!

Haymitch arrived on 9/14/25 and immediately made himself comfortable. He's a large cat with a mellow personality! He enjoys telling you about his day, getting pets and loves, and especially getting treats! 

Do you need a friend to share your day, lap and treats with? Haymitch is your man!

Wilbur is the cutest little bug! He came to us on 8/9/25 from Texas and had a benign tumor on his mouth that got removed so he blebs a lot which is so adorable. He's a total snuggle bunny and loves attention, pets, sleeping in your lap and getting treats. He LOVES people and wants to be involved in everything you are doing and follows you like a puppy.

We don't know much about this little lady's past other than she came from Oklahoma City with her three kittens (one didn't make it). Her two kittens have now been adopted and she is looking for her forever home! She has been a bit shy at the shop so far but she loves pets and gives lots of head butts. She kind of has a minky/ferret look to her which is sooo cute!

Goose was a little kitten with wobbly cat syndrome who was only with us briefly before he went to his forever home! Such a cute little guy!

Mama Misha came to the shelter from Houston with her babies...they have all found homes and she is looking for her forever home! She's smart, active, interested in what you are doing, curious and loves to play! She doesn't like other cats so really should be an only kitty but otherwise is an awesome girly will make anyone a great companion!

She had to go back to the shelter for being a bit overstimulated at the shop.

Mellow is named the same way gangsters name big guys "Tiny".... he's not so mellow! This active and handsome boy is super curious, loves to play and is into everything. He loves pets and attention but can get overstimulated quickly and go from sweet to wrestle in the blink of an eye! He's so fun, you def need him in your life.

Cashew girl is the funniest tubby gal. She has so much sweet patience for all people and kids, but doesn't care much for other creatures. She loves attention, being lazy, pretending she is interested in playing and being adorable. Better c'mon in and meet her!

Teddy, or "toothless Teddy" as I've been calling him, came to us on 4/16/25. He's been a little bit shy initially but he's very sweet and loves getting attention. He has had a rough go it, what with have no teeth, and being relinquished at age 8 after the owner moved and didn't want to take him with. He deserves so much love! I mean look at that face?!?!

​Watson arrived on 4/2/25 and has been snuggling ever since. He is a sweet older 13-year-old guy who was relinquished because the family had a baby. He would prefer to be an only pet but otherwise would love to snuggle you constantly. He even loves being held and cuddled like a baby!

Mitts came to us on 3/11/25 and is cute as a bug! She has the more darling face and is shaped a bit like a bowling ball haha! She's a darling 11-year-old gal. She was relinquished due to her elderly owner not being able to care for her any longer. Do you need a sweet lazy lover girl in your life?

Chocolate Mousse arrived 2/17/25 and is such a sweet love. This older gentleman was relinquished for not getting along with the dog at the home. He's a total lovebug and wants nothing more than to snuggle in your lap and take a nap. He also loves drives bys and pets! Do you have a place in your home and heart for this sweet older guy?

Jinx arrived 1/24/25 and settled right in! This funny and handsome fellow has so much character. He's a social, talkative, playful goofball! Do you need such a fellow in your life?

Tuxedo arrived on 12/11/24 and is such a sweet and gentle little guy. He loves head scratches and pets and food. He had to be relinquished to the shelter when his owner went into assisted living care. He has to be on a special food for his kidneys but is otherwise healthy and would live to be your quiet sidekick!

Twinkle and Mckee arrived 12/4/24 as a bonded pair of sweet little ladies. These two are a little shy but clearly want to be around people and play.... once they relax a little!

Katy arrived on 11/19/24 and is quite the personality. You can find her lounging on the checkout counter looking for love or having the zoomies around the shop! She doesn't like other cats, and will beat them up, but we don't know how she does around doggies. She loves people though! Come give her some loving!

Tony came to stay with us on Halloween! This handsome guy is super high energy, super interested in everything, super playful and a super dork. He's so funny! We laugh at him constantly! Do you need a friend who wants your attention all the time?! Come meet Tony! By the way... He's our 30th foster cat!! WOW!

Beautiful Luna came to us on 9/30/24 and is very sweet and snuggly. She doesn't seem to have a mean bone in her body! She loves to tell you all about her day as well!

Feona came to us on 7/19/24. She's a stunning gal that had some benign masses removed from her belly and is ready to go to her forever home! Can you even believe her gorgeous blue eyes?! She's amazingly soft too! Come see here!

Bubba is a super handsome and playful love bug. He loves people and other kitties and playing. He will aggressively head butt you for the attention he knows he deserves. How can you not come in and see him!?

PewDiePie is a super sweet little guy who was actually adopted from the shelter and then returned because he 'talks too much!' Well we don't think so. This sweet boy is playful, snuggly, funny, a little mischievous and darling. C'mon in and play, and talk, with him and I know he will steal your heart!

Tom came to us on 5/23/24 and we don't think he has been out of someone's lap or not getting snuggles since. This boy lives for pets and laps. He's so sweet and gentle!! He gets along with other kitties and just wants you constant love and attention. Do you need a snuggle bug in your life?

Tom is back at the shelter to get a check up but will hopefully be back with us soon!

This playful gal came to us on 4/19/24 and is super curious! She's still getting used to it around here but her previous foster parents said she is sooo playful and will spend hours entertaining herself! We can't wait to see how she fits in here. She would do best with no other cats.

Brock came to us on 2/26/24 and is a more distinguished older gentleman with a few orthopedic issues; but he doesn't let those get him down! He's quickly become a shop favorite here and would love for you to give him some head scratches and will likely flop over and offer you his belly -- he's a bit of a liar because he'll let you pet him but he'll gnaw on you a bit while you do. He's the best and sweetest guy who really just needs a family who can help him a bit with his physical therapy. He's on a diet here at the shop and doing great!

Back to shelter for medical checkups on 4/9/24

Mama Val has had a couple of litters of kittens and is now looking to be taken care of! She's a dinky little bundle of cute that loves attention and to follow you around. She's been scared here at the shop since she got here on 2/14/24 but is VERY slowly getting used to it. We are hopeful she will come out and say hi more as she gets more comfortable. When she was at the shelter she was very outgoing and snuggly so we hope she relaxes here!

Mama Jinx recently had kittens and they were all adopted and she hasn't found her forever home! She arrived 2/7/24 and has been a little bit timid but is quickly showing that she enjoys attention, pets, and lots of play. She has the most adorable face and eyes ever!

Daisy is a dainty little thing! But has lots to say, wants to know what you are doing and doesn't mind some snuggles and lap time. She has a little sass but mostly is just people focused! C'mon in and see this cute little gal and her funny little meow!

Nightshade is our current shop panther and he is so darling. He wants to be held and snuggled and follows you around until you do. He'll also snuggle up in your lap if you make sure to pet him! This guy would prefer to be a single cat but might get along with dogs (we don't know!). C'mon and give this velvety soft panther a snuggle!

Muffin is the cutest little bundle of activity! This petite lady is always busy getting into some mischief unless you are snuggling her! She loves pets and being held. C'mon in and see if she's the right friend for you!

Shiloh arrived 11/30/23 and is sassy and gorgeous! She has this beautiful coloring that makes her very unique. She's playful, likes to have little conversations with you, loves pets (not my belly please!), and is curious! Come check her out!

Dennis arrived on 11/15/23 and definitely has swagger! This young ladies' man is not only dapper but also playful and goofy. He's got the tiniest little mew and will follow you around to see if you'll pause and wrestle with him. C'mon in today and meet Dennis!

Wolfie arrive 9/8/23 and is a cautious guy who clearly has lived some life. He hasn't warmed up to the front of the shop much so please feel free to ask to see him. Once out, he looooves pets and attention and to talk to you. He will sit in your lap for hours if given the opportunity. This guy has had a tough life and deserves some pampering.

Lemonade arrived 8/24 and is the gentlest little guy to ever come through the shop. He wants love, snuggles, pets and to nap. He's had some kind of rough past but is now looking for his loving and doting forever home.

Oswald is a very handsome gentleman who has wobbly cat syndrome -- but don't let that fool you! He gets around just fine and into mischief when he can. But honestly? He'd much rather snuggle and get loving. He's soft, gentle, curious and loving and needs some special people in his life to allow him to be himself! Silver is easily the most handsome gentleman we have had at the shop. He's very dapper. He wants to tell you about his day and his thoughts, follow you around, get endless pets and play string. He would do amazing in a home with "dog people" who like pets who are people-focused and in your business.

Adopted 7/30/23!

Kiba and Kiko are brothers and the first kittens we ever had at the shop! They were so much fun (and work) but they were super popular. Shockingly they didn't get adopted from the shop but rather were adopted together at the RMFR kitten adoption event! We were sad to see these cuties go.

Cheeta arrived 3/24/23 in fairly rough shape! She has food allergies which caused her skin to be very itchy and she started overgrooming to the point of hairlessness! She's now on a food she's not allergic to and getting over her obsessive grooming. This little girl is very sweet and is quite a talker!

She was adopted on 5/17/23!

Arrived 2/24/23, this big guy is a lover. He doesn't care much for other cats and would happiest as an only child but loves people and kids! He's a bit skiddish yet here at the shop but we are certain he'll get used to it soon.

Henley is greatly missed and was adopted by a lovely couple with a friendly dog. She is very well loved and living her best life!

This husband and wife team had a litter of kittens together who were all adopted but they were left behind. A lovely local couple adopted them and they are now spoiled rotten.

This little guy was so shy that it's a good thing he got scooped up and is living the bachelor life in Wash Park! So handsome!

​This large handsome fellow was our first foster cat and he made himself right at home. He didn't last long! He got adopted and now is spoiled rotten with his new calico sister.
